This home (Duplex) rents the UPSTAIRS ONLY: 4-bedroom/Sleeps 9 - includes: King, Queen, Queen, Bunk and Twin with 2 Full Baths.
Amazing 180-degree views of the creek from almost every room in the home. Deck and screened porch available for morning coffee and cocktails, and a large eat-in Breakfast room for all the family to gather. There is plenty of parking. Recently refurbished.
No Smoking or Vaping on the premises (Includes inside property or outside of the property). No Pets. Apartment on ground level may be occupied by owners or their guests. Creek dock is no longer an amenity for A Tipsy Turtle starting 5/27/2025.
