About this property

The Beach House is uniquely Pawleys--no fancy extras, but a comfortably shabby retreat! Situated on the popular North End of Pawleys Island, the house boasts a large front porch with plenty of rockers and a swing to enjoy the ocean breezes and watch the seagulls. The Beach House is a great place to enjoy friends and family and reminisce about the "good old days"!

At The Beach House, you'll have the best of both worlds: ocean views with private beach access and access to Pawleys Creek across the street (shared dock with the next door homeowners).

The house has not changed much since it was built in the '40s. It has that rustic and beachy feel that our family enjoys every summer, but with some modern conveniences (AC, Wifi, YouTube TV).

New, larger bathroom on the main floor with a walk-in tiled shower.

Nice location

The house isn't brand new, but comfy and cozy. Excellent location! The only thing I didn't like was going outside to go up/down floors.

Perfect Stay for Extended Family Trip

The Beach House is a wonderful property in a perfect community. The beds are very comfy, showers had good water pressure, and everyone in our extended family had a great time here during our stay. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to the ocean, rocking in the chairs, and napping on the swing. Pawley’s Island is a great community and we felt very safe the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this place and we will be back next time we are in town.

Fun family vacation

We have stayed at The Beach House for the past 4 years and enjoy ourselves every time. Each year, the kids have returned to their favorite activities- beachcombing, fishing, paddling - and added new ones, like bocce ball and surfing. The Beach House is an ideal setting with beach and creek access, easily accommodates our big family, and has everything we need. We’ve seen improvements made year after year, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
