Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a wonderful home! The beach is right there, no need to break down the cabana each day, but watch for those nighttime high tides! The living room is so big that all 10 of us have plenty of space. We just completed our 7th stay nd hope to return for many more 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay there as a 3 generation family, and all 3 generations love the beach house equally. The landscaping upgrades done this past year are wonderful. It’s much easier to park now, the decks down to the beach make things so easy, and the upgraded outdoor shower is now everyone’s favorite shower.

The beachfront location was fantastic. And the living space was large and accommodating for three generations of family staying at the house. We loved the beach and outside areas. And kitchen was well stocked. Beach is rocky, but we were prepared with water shoes. We enjoyed fire and s’mores on the beach at night. Bedrooms are very small. Property is listed as sleeping 14, but there are only beds for 10. The additional beds are air mattresses. We did know this before booking. However, because the rooms are small, it was a tight fit with the air mattresses. I would not list this property as sleeping 14. Overall it is a great beachfront property. Well maintained. And easy to get to. We would recommend.

Beautiful and spacious home right on the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous and roomy home. Access to the beach, nearby stores and much of the Cape was outstanding, amenities were great and the house was very clean and airy. Lots of space for guests with very nice outdoor spots to eat and watch the waves. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and beach fun

This was our second time at this location. It’s a great space to accommodate a larger family. It’s close to several amenities and the best feature, the ocean, is visible from so many of the rooms. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family just wrapped up another wonderful week at this beachfront gem in East Sandwich. This was our second stay at the property, and it reminded us why we came back - the direct beach access is unbeatable, and the house has everything a family needs for a true Cape Cod vacation.The location right on the beach meant the kids could run down to the water while we kept an eye on them. East Sandwich is perfectly positioned for day trips but quiet enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of tourist chaos.The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We're already talking about booking again for next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is nice enough. It’s the beach access that makes it special. Maybe 100 yards from the back door to the beach. There used to be a fire pit that looks like it was made from stones gathered on the beach where we had a fire and did the s’mores thing. East Sandwich is pretty sleepy. Not a lot of restaurants or places to go at night. Be warned. You have to provide your own towels and linens, which is not on the listing. We had to scramble to hire a linen service for around $500 on top of the rental cost. And the showers are a little small. Larger people are going to be cramped. I’m giving 5 stars, because if you don’t, the algorithm punishes the owner. But I’m a hotel person. None of these rentals ever live up to a hotel/ resort experience. This is the 3rd time I’m writing and posting this. I think there are shenanigans with the review process.

Magical Experience

The house and location were everything I had dreamed of in providing a place to rest and relax for our family and friends. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The host was accommodating and available. The moment you walk into the great room and sense the sky and the water, you fall in love with the place.

So nice!

The location of this home is amazing! Very nice home but it wasn’t as clean as I would expect an “exceptional” rental to be, especially at the price. Makeup smudges on the bathroom vanity drawers, dirty stove, sticky coffee pot, dead ants in my coffee mug, dusty light fixtures….really no need for this.

I wish I had known about the cleaning; as manager of this magnificent property, I like to take care of problems right away! Just so you know, we have a great cleaner but she was away for few weeks for surgery and we used a substitute, but experienced cleaner, who must have overlooked some needed cleaning. Also we have treated the house for ants, as we do every year. We would love to have you back!!!

Views for days

This home is the perfect waterfront property right on East Sandwich Beach for a large group. We were there for a 3 generation family vacation and had a wonderful time. Steve was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed, including delivering air mattresses in the evening when we couldn't find them. Some tips to improve your stay are to pack water shoes or beach sandals as the beach is quite rocky. Also, I'd recommend packing a few extra pillows and blankets as the home was short on both. Otherwise, bring or rent your linens and just show up, the home has everything you'll need for a fun beach vacation. We did rent kayaks and SUPs which were a blast as well... the number was on the fridge.
