Located in the heart of Santa María La Ríbera, our home is just a block away from the local market (La Dalia). The neighborhood is full of historic buildings and unique architecture, including the iconic Kiosko Morisco. I have travelled extensively for my work, having spent years in Asia, as well as Canada, US, and Mexico. I love Mexico and all it has to offer and I hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

This is an historic neighbourhood, full of charm, restaurants, museums, the famous Morisco Kiosk, and a fantastic local mercado just half a block away. It was designated as a "Barrio Mágico" by the city in 2011.

What makes this property unique

The facade of this building is the original, with high ceilings and veranda style doors that open to the sidewalk. Although the unit and townhouses are completely renovated, this unit is unique in that it maintains the full front design of the building.
