I currently live in Nashville. Owning short term rentals is fun for me because I enjoy service and love real estate. I want my guests to be happy and I am always trying to get better at what I do. I enjoy traveling and being outside. Enjoy spending time and family and friends.

I love the area! Blue Mountain Beach is a 3 minute drive from Grayton Beach, 3 minutes from Gulf Place and about 5 minutes from Seaside. So its in a great central location. Lots of bike trails, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is newer and the homes are beautiful. Plus I love that the back of my house is a National Forest. So that gives you some nature and the ability to walk in the woods…not just the beach. This area is more laid back and less congested than other areas on 30A….but close enough to get to those places quickly by car or bike.

I love the large back patio ( with grill ) and front porch. Also the den, kitchen and dining room is very open…Perfect for gathering. House was built in 2014 and has been maintained well.
