This inviting three-bedroom, one-bathroom residence offers comfort and convenience in a peaceful neighborhood setting. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and the added bonus of a one-car garage with driveway parking. Whether you're relaxing indoors or spending quality time in the private backyard—complete with a firepit for cozy evenings—this home is perfect for creating memorable moments with family and friends over card games or board games.

Important Information for Guests:
To ensure the best experience for all guests and help us maintain our property, please review the following policies:

Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per reservation applies and will be manually added and charged after booking. This fee is not included in the room rate.

Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $250 fine will be issued if smoking occurs indoors.

Left-Behind Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you need an item shipped back, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.

Extended Stays: For stays over 21 days, an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 will be manually added after booking confirmation.

Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.

Stayed at this house while attending a horse show. Enjoyed coming home to a nice, clean home with all the extras we needed to be comfortable. Thank you. We'd stay again.

Great Stay!

Overall, the stay was perfect for what we needed. The three king beds were amazing and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The host was very friendly and responded quick when I had questions. Them being pet friendly was such an added bonus so we could bring along our fur babies. We were hesitant at first to book because of it being in St. Peter’s, but with it being a few minutes from the highway it was easy to hop on and off the highway to get where we needed to go.

Holidays with grandkids

In town for 2 weeks and the stay was great. House was on a fairly quiet street and not far from our kids or shopping. Was plenty big for the 2 of us. Even when we had issues with the doors Jeffrey and his team got back to us pretty quick to rectify the problems. Great host

St louis trip

The property is well maintained and in a quiet, safe looking area. The only suggestion that I have is the mirrors and appliances were streaked which doesn't really affect the stay any, but definitely noticeable. Property manager was quick to respond to questions.

Cozy Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! The king size beds were so comfortable, even my kids made a comment on how comfy they were. I really appreciated the little touches such as kids plates/cups, shampoo/conditioner and body wash available, plenty of towels, the hampers in each room along with the little suitcase table (not sure what it is called). The extra plug in buses for all of our electronics and fans were super helpful! I had to work, so the desk was very convenient and appreciated. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard with the corn hole game and ladder ball that is provided. We would for sure stay again!
