Bebedeux - Charming & Clean Classic in the Fab 40s
Picturesque. Charming. Cherished. A peaceful uncluttered space. Green, natural surroundings. Brick porch outdoor living. Tree-lined classic streets. Coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants on foot. Come experience the forties and feel fabulous.
The space
We lovingly call the home Bebedeux, and we love its charm and comfort. Make yourselves at home in our open concept space that can comfortably fit your friends & family.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the home and privacy - kitchen/laundry, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, front yard & porch and backyard with outdoor eating area. The only spaces that are locked (3 closets and select drawers) are not accessible and will store our family’s items.
Other things to note
Free parking on driveway and street.
Paid parking in garage (reserved for EV charging vehicles for additional cost due to electrical charges). 220 volt TESLA charger available upon request and with fee.

This is the most adorable house in the most beautiful neighborhood! We walked around and felt so safe. Near many restaurants and shops just minutes away. Centrally located. This house is nicely updated and perfect for a family base during a trip to Sacramento.
