This is in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va and close to Everything! A studio apartment with full kitchen, comfortable king bed, laundry and bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything has been sourced with love from local vintage and estate shops!

This loft is a full private apartment

We love meeting our guests, giving them a tour of the building, and helping them get oriented downtown. We’re very accessible if a guest needs anything at all!

This space is in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va, right next to the bike trail, public skate park, Jefferson street, Lynchburg museum, James River, children’s museum, and many more attractions.

Walking or biking is the best way to get around downtown. You can also hop on the bus nights and evenings and UBER is commonly used.

We love all things living, which is why we’ve filled the loft with lots of bright happy plants! Please open the curtains during the day to make sure the plants (and you) get plenty of light!
Street parking and most of the lots/garages are free on nights and weekend.
There is a smart tv in the loft with a Roku device.
The loft is cleaned with all natural Melaleuca cleaning products.
Must wash any dishes you use.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping and/or pets.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect place while we moved our son into college. This studio strikes the perfect balance between unique retro charm and modern comfort. We really loved the beautifully maintained 1970s working appliances (such nostalgia) and the abundance of lush live plants, which gave the space a cozy but vibrant energy. The comfort is top-notch. The mattress was a dream to sleep on, and the bathroom is fully modernized and sleek. On top of that, the hosts were amazing. Even though we arrived really late in the evening, they were incredibly responsive and immediately helped us get extra sheets for the fold-out sofa bed. This rental is incredibly adorable, full of character, and had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would absolutely return!
