The property is amazing!! Adorable, extremely clean and just a 5 min drive to Liberty University. The entire process was easy and smooth. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. The cottage has everything you need for any length of stay. We stayed an entire week and it was perfect.

We expected it to be nice and clean, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed and clean and pleasant the property was. Everything is new and fresh and we were quite comfortable there. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a convenient location! Wooded view from the back deck was especially nice. I would not consider it a quiet street due to large vehicle traffic nearby, but it was still very comfortable.

We had a great stay overall. The home was clean, just as pictured, and my family truly enjoyed the experience. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, which we appreciated. Our only concern was the outdoor space—we were hoping to spend more time outside, but the grass was quite overgrown and there were large cobwebs on the deck. Aside from that, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.

This place was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean and well appointed. The hosts clearly want to provide a great experience for their guests. One note to renters: be sure to complete the two documents required for check-in, including signature on the rental agreement. I missed the signature and this delayed our getting the final check-in instructions. Host was very quick to help us and all was well.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We contacted the owners about an early check via the app but got no reply. I would suggest calling you may get a better response. We were a little surprised at the property location (neighboring properties need maintenance and yards are over grown). The property yard needs replanted if you have kids don’t expect to use the yard. But overall I would recommend this property and we would stay again.

Exceptional Host and Home

This was our second stay at the Liberty Cottage. We returned because we had enjoyed the first stay so much! When we come to this area, this is the only place we would really like to stay because it is our favorite place of all time! The home itself is spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and stocked with everything we would need for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail really stands out and makes us feel right at home. We feel safe there and also appreciate the quiet neighbors and quiet area. It is right by the road but there is not much traffic so noise was not a factor for us. The location was perfect, offering a great balance of convenience and location to the family we were visiting. The hosts added a fenced in back yard since the last time we were there, which is an excellent feature. Our host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and easy. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free getaway. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Not sure where to start! The owner gave very detailed instructions and was very helpful. The house was immaculate. Very clean. Great decor. Everything that you would need was already there. I would give more than five stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again.

Liberty University visit

Was very close to the school and the events we needed to attend. House was very clean and had everything we needed! Would suggest some decaf tea/ coffee… we had to go out and get some in the morning…also short one bath towel…. Only 5 left on beds…. But otherwise a great visit… beautiful home!!! Definitely book again

Cute house, very new, immaculate condition, with everything we needed for a weekend stay visiting my daughter in college. 6 of us to stayed 2 nights with plenty of room. The master bedroom just lacked space to put clothing/suitcase etc, since the master closet is locked for the owners items, so all of our items had to sit on the floor. Perhaps a nice shelf like one of the other rooms had would be a nice addition or a suitcase "holder." It is close to the road but the back is private with a nice deck and table. Very convenient location. We would consider coming again for future overnight trips.

The place was wonderful. Cleaner and well stocked with the tools needed to cook a meal and entertain kids. Owners were quickly available and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend this house. Grandsons enjoyed the WWII memorial park also.

This was a great stay. The cottage was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though it’s on a four lane road, the traffic was very light. It was not a distraction at all. We definitely will stay here again!
