The house was perfect for our family of 20. If you look to the right from the 3rd floor balcony, you see the marsh. Look to the left and you see the ocean which. Is a one minute walk away.

Our family of 10 had a great and comfortable stay! The property had everything we needed, everything was labeled. The property was extremely clean. The appliances, pots, utensils and even the shower heads were all top notch and great quality. The elevator was great and worked properly each and every time we used it. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and each bathroom had an adequate amount of towels and washcloths. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather. The pool was cleaned throughout our stay. The communication was great.

Proximity to the beach and the pier was great! There is soft sand that you need to navigate to go on the beach, so be mindful of seniors - Mom was able to bring the walker to steady herself, but needed help getting the walker through the sand. Everyone enjoyed a dip in the pool complete with shower station after the beach and late afternoons. There is plenty of room to park at the property and you do not need a parking pass to park on the property.We enjoyed the layout of the house as the adults were able to stay up late on the upper level while kids slept and plenty of bathrooms to allow everyone to have their space and get freshened up at the same time. The eating area on the top level was big enough for all of us to dine together. The elevator was a life savor for the seniors. Linens were provided, but lacked hand towels for bathrooms and kitchen - bring those and your favorite wash aides for any hand washing of dishes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great house and a perfect location to walk across the street to the beach. The house was clean. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 17.

Beautiful home, immaculate. Steps to the beach. No grill but fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Brought hand soap and hand towels for each bath and extra kitchen towels as reviews indicated a shortage. Great deck polywood furniture - very comfy. Large dining table for meals and games. Elevator was great for grandparents and 11 year old with broken ankle. Outdoor shower kept the beach sand out of the house. 3 generations enjoyed our vacation!
