We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and everything was in working order. The lake view is as advertised. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within a short driving distance. Short walk down to a paved lake side walking/biking path. Hosts were responsive and professional. We recommend highly. Would book again if we return to the area.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. After a great experience last year, we chose to return this summer. We were pleased to see that the property has had some updates, adding even more value and convenience for guests. Both hosts, Mike and Mitra, are incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed hiking the nearby trail and taking in the beautiful lake views.

Great place with beautiful views of the lake. All the amenities you need and a beautiful kitchen to prepare meals. The beds are super comfortable and the Owners are great . Check on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place to decompress

My friends and I reunited from 4 states for the first time in 3 years. The house was clean, relaxing and well-equipped for us to enjoy meals together and catch up in a cozy environment. As athletes, we all enjoyed daily runs and bike rides right on the trail. The host was a great communicator and we loved this property!

This is a beautiful house with an amazing lake view and wonderful owners

We stayed at this beautiful lake view house July 29, 2016 - August 5, 2016. The house is located in a beautiful area and the house has very nice features such as: granite counter tops, large master bedroom with large ensuite, nice size spare bedroom, spacious kitchen with everything a cook would need, two living rooms (one has a pull out sofa bed), and an amazing deck for relaxing, BBQ'ing, and watching the boats on the lake. The homeowners, Mike and Mitra, are incredibly nice people. We drove up to a warm welcome. A couple of times during the week we ran into the Owners outside of the house and we had great chats about the sights and activities in the area...and some great tips and advice that we used to plan the few days we were there! The location of the house is great - we had easy and quick access to North Bend, Issaquah, Snoqualmie and Seattle. We did: hiking (and watched paragliders take off from Poo Poo Point), walking the bike path, kayaking on the lake, sightseeing at Snoqulamie Falls, and lots of relaxing on the deck. We would absolutely stay here again, and will be recommending this VRBO to our friends. Thanks Mike and Mitra! Charlene and Raniero

Beautiful retreat on Lake and Van for the amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful lake house. Amazing views of Lake Sammamish. The home was clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing and had a very well equipped kitchen. You would never know the owners were downstairs, yet when we had a question, we received an immediate reply! We will be back to stay when we return to visit family.

An Exceptional Stay - Wishing for a 6-Star Option!

My family and I (consisting of my wife, daughter, and myself) had the pleasure of staying at this property for just over a week, during our vacation. Seattle holds a special place in our hearts; it is the city where my wife and I first met about 30 years ago and where I worked for three years. Needless to say, the chance to revisit this beloved city, especially whilst residing in this incredible house, was a nostalgic and heartwarming experience. Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, the house itself exudes warmth and charm. Its maintenance is commendable, with the property meticulously cared for, mirroring the images we had seen online. It truly felt like a home away from home. One aspect we particularly enjoyed was the breathtaking view from the deck and rear of the house, a delightful feature that heightened our stay. Our hosts, Mike and Mitra, deserve special praise for their commendable job in creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Their attention to detail and effort to ensure our comfort truly made us feel at home. We can't wait for our next trip to Seattle, during which we will definitely consider staying at this property again. If it were possible to rate this stay beyond five stars, we wouldn't hesitate for a second. Our heartfelt thanks to Mike and Mitra for making our vacation memorable.

Absolutely perfect stay in a lovely home!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The view of the lake was stunning. It was quiet and tranquil in the home and the surrounding area. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The shower was lovely, with plenty of pressure and hot water! Mike was an excellent host. Everything was smooth, and the home is close to amenities and Bellevue shopping, which during rainy March is important. We truly loved our stay and will be back again! Thank you, Mike and Mitra!

Wonderful retreat

We spent four weeks at this lovely house with a beautiful view of Lake Sammamish. The house is perfect and contains everything you might need to a short or long stay. The owners are very sweet people and quick to answer any question or remedy any problem. Highly recommend this house.
