Newly built home located on over an acre on the 4th Tee at MeadowCreek golf/swim/tennis/pickleball resort. Close to everything nature has to offer including skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and soaking in one of the hot springs. Or stay in and enjoy the built-in extra-large sauna, read a good book in front of the pellet stove, play ping pong, pool, foosball, or legacy Pac Man downstairs, or stream your favorite movie. Savor the beautiful views from inside the house or outside on the large deck.

We love to travel ourselves and decided to build a 2nd home/cabin that we and others can enjoy not only the surrounding area amenities but also the home as well (many of the items we have collected are at the house)!
Why they chose this property
Meadow Creek resort is a beautiful public golf course with swimming, tennis, and pickleball that is also open to snow shoeing and cross-country skiing during the winter. It is in close proximity to Brundage ski resort, Payette Lake, McCall restaurants, Lost Lake and Riggins river running and fishing. But it is in its own quiet, beautiful valley without all the traffic and busyness.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique in that it is located right on the 4th tee of the golf course with one of the best views in the area. It has an indoor sauna that is large enough to fit 8 people comfortably or 3-4 people for hot yoga. It is newly custom built with the design intent of having a large "play" area downstairs with a sound barrier and extra insulation between down and upstairs. It's a great place for outdoor recreation as well as relaxation and play indoors.
