Like many urban areas, you may see people passing through, but this does not reflect the safety or comfort of the property itself. The house is exactly as described and shown in the listing, and I take pride in keeping it clean and welcoming. Since the space was prepared for your stay and you didn't cancel, according to VRBO policy, you were not due any refund. In good VRBO customer value service, I refunded you for the cleaning and standard cost for the stay. Please be aware if you live in rural, or suburban areas, urban areas are different.
