This was our groups second time staying at this location. I can not stress this enough, The place is so amazing and in such a great location. My group absolutely loves the house and highly recommended. The host is great to communicate with and the property is easy to find with parking available. Great place! If available next year, We plan to make it there for a third stay and keep an annual trip with this property! Thanks for having us and we absolutely loved our stay

AWESOME family vacation spot! We were a group of 10. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. My daughter in law’s will try to have more children to fill all the beds! LOL. Kerry was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Plenty of parking. Two full kitchens came in super handy for our Stromboli making night. They have sheets and towels service which was a first for us! I will definitely rent this place again for our family! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great location! Short walk to the beach, live music every night and a yard for the kids to play in. House was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved being able to sit out on the beautiful porch and enjoy the local atmosphere. Location was also close to stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a lovely park. Kerry was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had.

Awesome

Super easy to make multiple trips to the beach and can hear the live music on the porch in the evening. Perfectly set-up for larger groups so everyone has their own space.

The property was amazing. It was not only exactly as listed but even more. There was ample room for myself and the fellow guests It was located near plenty of things with a great lay out to the property. The host was extremely communicative and answered any and all questions and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this property to any one considering staying here. I would very much return if presented with the opportunity.

Grandpa’s 70th birthday

We had the best time in Kerry’s lovely beach house!! The house is huge, bigger than the pictures show, and filled with everything our family could ever want for family week at the beach. Bikes, sand toys, infant beach tent, family games, all neatly organized and ready to use; and, the location is two houses from the beach. Celebrating grandpa’s 70th birthday, we entered this lovely home to find a card and gift from the host for him! That was so sweet and thoughtful. We all liked this house so much we decided to make family week at Kerry’s beach house our annual tradition. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We are so happy to hear you had a great time, especially celebrating such a milestone birthday for your husband! Having a big family ourselves, we love that many can gather to enjoy each other! You were a great guest and communicated well during your stay. We certainly hope to host you again and thank you for your review!

Good bang for the buck. You will need to be OK with a few things that aren't beautiful; for example, the vinyl siding is falling off some of the sliding glass doors. You also have to bring your own towels--both bath towels and beach towels. But if you can live with those limitations the house is great--tons of space and a half block to the beach. All of the appliances, both the two kitchens and the two washers and dryers, worked fine, and the AC did the trick on warm days. All of the bedrooms were adequately sized, and the second floor kitchen, dining area and gathering space worked great for a family of twelve ranging in ages from the 70's to the under-two's.

We had a great time and the space accomodated our large party. However, we wished we had a better idea of the layout and knowledge that this property is setup as two combined spaces. The AC was unpredictable but managable with a box fab which was provided in one of the closets. The patio furniture needs replacement. The paint and rust is flaking off in big chunks so we had to keep shoes on the younger ones. The location cannot be beat! Live music, tons of parking, partially fenced in yard with space for water fun. Host always responded, and we really had no issues through the week.
