Absolutely Beautiful Townhouse! Spacious and comfortable. Open and airy. This home offers a lot for your vacation rental. Location: corner location across from Dealy Recreation Field with views of the Ocean and the Bay! Ground floor: 2 car off street parking plus garage and outside shower. 1st floor features front porch and nice size tiled foyer, 2 big bedrooms , 1 with 2-twin beds and the other bedroom with a king bed, full bath also washer and dryer. 2nd floor features an open and spacious family gathering area, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has counter bar. Living room with cathedral ceilings, TV Powder room. Wraparound porch. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. 3rd floor features 2 more big bedrooms; 1 has king bed, private porch, and TV, the other bedroom has 2 twins. Central air. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
