There are three bedrooms on the second floor, (California King- Queen- 2 sets/4 beds Full Size Bunk Beds). Third floor (The Kids Floor) is all finished off knotty pine with 2 bedrooms with full size beds, as well as an open floor plan entertainment area with 2 more pullout full size beds. This house has a rear enclosed porch, and an amazing lakeside front porch with the flare of yesteryear with seating for 10 people or more to view the amazing sunsets, watching the kids at the beach, or waiting for the boys to come home with the daily catch. This house is a perfect example of ADIRONDACK living and shows the impeckable care that it has had since construction in the early 1900's. This is just steps away from the beautiful 4th Lake and has a LARGE Propane grill. Our property is located on the direct east end of the lake, with a private beach, docks, new rental pontoon boats, free canoes, paddle boats, kayaks and paddle boards. We offer a recreation room for kids with games, reading, and arts/craft amenities as well as property wide free WiFi and smart Tv's in all units.
