Annual Family Beach Trip

Needed 5 bedrooms and a fenced back yard close to Madeira Beach for a multi group family beach trip. Management was very responsive to questions and the house provided the space and amenities we needed.

My 4 siblings, their spouses, and I had a wonderful time at this house - it fit our needs very well.We especially liked the shaded outside area, and spent a lot of time there. We were very busy seeing my son and his family and exploring St Pete, so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor grill, fire pit, or hot tub - but we liked having the option to use them.The place was clean and the host responded rapidly and well to any questions or issues we had.We had a great experience, and would certainly recommend it highly.

The house is very large and quite comfortable, which is great for a big group -7 beds. Strange layout with entry to backyard through two bedrooms. Main bathroom needs a hook on the door. The backyard could be great if updated and maintained but it looked very worn down and dirty.The window screens were all torn and frames were bent which looked like someone tried to break in. They sent a cleaner the next day and sent some cookies and a small refund. It wasn't worth the price compared to rentals in the area. It would be a great house for young kids on spring break but disappointing for older adults.

We had a wonderful stay with extended family. The home was in the perfect location for downtown activities as well as the beaches. We had plenty of space for 13 people. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with if needed. We would definitely book here again . Thank you!
