DO NOT RENT HERE
We were there from 4/18/24 until 4/20/24 - we were supposed to stay through 5/1/24 but had to leave early due to several reasons:
Broken washer (they did not fix nor replace, and we were 9 people and their solution of the housekeeper doing a load a day would not suffice - we never would have rented a place without a washer).
Wifi doesn't work
Random water shutoffs
House not at all private, on a shared lot with 2-3 other houses, and one being built directly in back so there are working men who only speak Spanish and I could not verify who they were showing up at all hours, urinating on property, no privacy whatsoever
gardeners and pool men all the time on the property no one telling me they would be there, not even thinking to ask if it was ok while I and my teenage daughters were in pool and strange men walking around
I was on the phone with the concierge almost the entire duration of our time there, problem after problem
Finally power went out for an entire day, we had no AC from morning until night and couldn't leave the property it was sweltering no one helped us finally we found a new place and left the next morning. Trying to get a full refund because they want only to refund me the days I left.
