Clean and great house

Very clean, roomy, and comfortable home to stay. It felt like I was at home away from home during our National Bowling Trip. The host was wonderful and great communication. If we needed anything she was available and responded in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities. It was comfortable and had a lot of spacious. There was a wide variety of cooking utensils and gadgets to choose from. Everything was very nice.

Very Good Stay

Well kept property with good amenities. Other than a couple of TV upgrades needed, extra toiletries like toilet paper and small things like extra trash bags; this property served all our needs. We purchased extra charcoal and a propane tank to take advantage of the outdoor amenities that we really enjoyed.

Staying here enabled us to enjoy our time as a family. Having gone to Baton Rouge for my daughter's wedding, we were able to have enough room to entertain for a couple hours after the rehearsal and relax after the wedding. The only issue I noticed was some drywall damage behind the recliner next to the hallway. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. I would defiantly stay here again!

Wonderful House

Very accurate listing. Loved the house with all the outside fun things. Just be careful if playing music outside while playing darts and pool. There are quiet hours and neighbors will complain.

Visited for an LSU game - booked this last minute due to some issues with our other accommodations. Perfectly suited for a large group! The listing looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a weekend stay. The area is very quiet - hardly heard or saw anyone the entire weekend. Everything is about 20 minute uber drive away. The place was wonderfully decorated, very accommodating, and very very clean! The games room with pool and darts was an added feature that we definitely took advantage of! Genika was such a great host and was very easy to get in contact with if we had any questions at all! Would recommend staying here for your upcoming trip to Baton Rouge!

PERFECT AND FUN SPACE

This property was perfect! It's large and has a lot of fun things to do. It's definitely an entertaining space. We were there for a wedding, and we had the wedding party over the night before the wedding to hang out, eat and have fun together and they did just that! The boys loved the outdoor space, and the girls loved the karaoke machine built into the main TV. The property manager was readily available and very communicative when I had questions. The house was stocked in the kitchen and bathroom as if it was my own home, so not much was needed from the store. Quiet neighborhood as well and most big stores or downtown area is within 15-20mins.
