Living in Los Angeles, Charleston has always been a place our family has visited for 20 plus years. We wanted to buy some land and share that with people who love the city as much as we do.

20-30 minutes from downtown Charleston, but feels like you’re thousands of miles away.
What makes this property unique
26 private acres, lake, ponds and waterfalls. Depending on the season you can pick an apple or some blueberries and eat them right off the vine.
