Came down for a weekend trip in Charleston, and had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Shawn was very accommodating and not intrusive in the slightest. The air conditioning was iffy at times since the standalone unit was frozen to 73-74 F but a very minor complaint. Easy access to Charleston (30 mins). Would recommend to solo travelers!

Host was congenial and unobtrusive. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and we found the rooms clean and tastefully decorated. We were looking for a clean, safe place to just get a good night's sleep and this was it. There is Roku TV and WiFi, not sure that was in the description. Very firm twin beds made for a restful sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Charleston; it was a great decision! The host was friendly and communicated well. The room and bathroom were very clean. Check-in process was very simple. Location was close to everyplace that we needed to go.
