Our triplex comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across the three units, ensuring everyone enjoys a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Unit A boasts ocean views from its two-story layout, featuring 3 bedrooms (4 total beds, 2 queen and 2 full) and 2 bathrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests. Unit B, a cozy upstairs retreat, offers 2 bedrooms (with 2 queen beds) and 2 bathrooms, complete with a private entrance for added privacy. Meanwhile, Unit C provides a cute studio setting with a queen size bed, and its own kitchen and bath, perfect for smaller couples or as an extension of Unit A with the connecting door.
With a dedicated 2-car garage and 4 driveway spots, parking is a breeze. After a day of exploration, unwind on the outdoor patio and dining area, or head to nearby Max Berg Park for family-friendly fun. You'll have the entire triplex to yourself during your stay. Check in is a breeze with our keypad, anytime after 3 PM. The 2-car garage connected to Unit A is available for your use, as well as room for 4 additional cars across the 2 driveways. Additional unmetered street parking is also available if needed.
There is no A/C but there are ceiling fans in each room and the ocean breeze helps keep all units comfortable even during the summer. For winters, we offer central heat in both Unit A and Unit B. A space heater can be provided upon request in Unit C.
