The downtown area of Anchorage offers easy access to trails, shopping and many dining venues. The area is walkable, bike or even public transit. Venture further into the South Addition/Spenard area and experience an elicit shopping and dining experience.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located in an established downtown area within a secure bldg. There is an indoor reserved parking. Rooftop bbq area for the summer months. We have hosted medical travelling professionals in our various rentals for over 30yrs.
