Perfect birthday celebration in a perfect place

We wanted somewhere special to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was a perfect place to be, it is in the most beautiful setting, very well looked after and comfortable. We had the best time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space both inside and outside.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is always impeccably maintained.Everything you need is available. Many thanks as well to the owner and to Daniela, who are both extremely helpful.If you have a question, they go out of their way to assist you.Highly recommended if you're looking for a villa in a peaceful setting with all the comforts!

Relaxing and wonderful stay!

A breathtaking property, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen to cook at home. A close drive to Siena and Florence and Irene gave us such a warm welcome! The grounds of the property were also stunning. Make sure to rent a car as the train station in Sinalunga is not walkable.

Beautiful house in a stunning setting

The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped.

Amazing Spot

This house is a country paradise. The pool, the herb garden and the host Irene were all wonderful! We were here with our two small children during a heatwave, so the pool was a lifesaver as the house doesn't have AC. We had to leave a day early because the nights were a little too hot with small children and only a couple of fans, but we would still highly recommend this property. There was enough space to spread out and enjoy time together. If you enjoy cooking and breathtaking views, this place is for you!

We stayed 22 days. Wonderful villa. Fantastic location to be away from everything. Incredible views. Great property. Well appointed villa with everything you need. Clean. Daniella the property manager was a charm. Helpful and very nice. 10 minutes from Sinalunga and a great location to go to all the sites. Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, 1hr from Florence. Loved it. “Our” Sunshine Home

We traveled to Tuscany to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. My son is also on the autism spectrum, so I wanted a beautiful and peaceful house that was also comfortable. This house exceeded all our expectations and made my son's birthday incredibly special. The house itself is stunning, decorated in the traditional Tuscan style, and impeccably clean. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it for a long-term stay. The owner, Irene, is absolutely lovely, friendly, and kind. We had a long journey to reach the house and ended up getting lost along the way, but Irene made sure to locate us and guide us to the house. She kindly checked in on us every day to ensure we had everything we needed. Our stay here was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this house to others. Irene also provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We affectionately called this house our "sunshine home."

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wirklich tollen Ferienhaus. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit schöner Fernsicht und wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist toll, die Hausverwalterin und Eigentümer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ich meine das ist in der Beschreibung etwas anders dargestellt. Insgesamt ist das Haus aber sehr groß und geräumig und auch mit Teenagern finden alle ihren Platz.

Ein toskanischer Traum!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte und sehr erholsame Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus in Sinalunga. Irene ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und das Haus war sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool (mit tollem Blick!) wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht von der Terrasse waren einmalig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Lage, schöner Pool

Wer es abgeschieden und ruhig mag, für den ist das Haus das richtige. Der Pool ist schön groß und angenehm. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiße Tage, hier wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert.

Toller großer Pool

Wir haben als Familie 5 Tage in diesem tollen Haus, das auf einem wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Grundstück liegt, verbracht. Wir haben die Ruhe, den Ausböick in die toskanische Landschaft und vor allem, den großen Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar.

Wonderful Tuscan retreat

A lovely villa with pool. So peaceful but within easy reach of so many beautiful Tuscan towns. The property remained cool in the heat and has breathtaking views all around the local countryside. Highly recommended.

Wunderschönes toskanisches Haus in traumhafter Alleinlage

Wir haben als große Familie (2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zwischen 2 und 17 Jahren) mit zwei kleinen Hunden zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen bietet in alle Richtungen unglaubliche Ausblicke in die weite Landschaft. Hinzu kommt die absolute Stille, die für uns als Großstadtbewohner besonders wohltuend war. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert mit alten Cottoböden und einer fantastischen Sandsteintreppe. Außerdem ist es geschmackvoll mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden um gut kochen zu können. Auch der Backofen ist ausreichend groß und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die drei Badezimmer sind ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und sauber. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht. Dieser hat eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Größe und man kann richtig gut darin schwimmen. Auch von hier hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in die Landschaft. Bemerkenswert war auch der Service durch die herzliche Haushälterin vor Ort. Sie hat den Pool alle zwei Tage gereinigt sowie auch den Haushaltsmüll entsorgt! Dabei hat sie sich auch stets danach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie war einfach zu kontaktieren und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Wir haben uns alle fantastisch erholt und kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Natur

Wir waren im August in Sinalunga und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich inmitten der Natur, das nächste Haus ist weit weg. Man kann wunderbar entspannen, der Pool ist groß und hat besonders den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und recht gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können das Haus empfehlen.
