The house was great for the weekend. The backyard was beautiful to sit and relax. Town is not too far, but a bit of a walk: check in was one of the easiest and communication was fantastic.
Cute house that fit all of needs. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, fenced in yard, off street parking. Would definitely stay at this place again.
We chose this property based on its location to a local event being held in the area. It was a comfortable spacious house that had everything we needed for a great stay. The two negatives we had where, all the windows including the bedrooms have sheer curtains and the house could use a deep cleaning.
The property was excellent, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was comfortable. It was an ideal place for us to stay with our young family. If we are ever back in Geneva this is where we would want to stay.
Overall, we loved this house and had a wonderful weekend. The only drawback was no bathroom on the second floor so we had to go down the narrow stairs in the middle of the night
I booked this property for a girls trip. We found the property beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and clean. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet at night and very peaceful. I would definitely stay again!
We spent a week here on a family vacation—four adults and a small dog—and had a great stay. The home was exactly as advertised: clean, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished with all the necessary amenities. One bedroom on the first floor was especially convenient, and the large fenced backyard was perfect for letting our dog roam freely. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown Geneva, the Welcome Center, Seneca Lake, and several restaurants. The only issue we encountered was that the AC unit stopped working in the first-floor bedroom and wasn’t cooling the large upstairs bedroom effectively. However, Luz, the host, was responsive and offered to check on it the same day we reached out. Communication with Luz was great from the start; she even contacted me directly prior to our stay to clarify the timing of the fence construction, addressing a concern I had.Overall, a comfortable home in a great location with a helpful and communicative host. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent a week at this house and had a mixed experience. First, the good parts:1. House was walking distance to restaurants and the lake.2. Backyard was large and fully fenced in. 3. Large private driveway.3. The kitchen/laundry area had all of the basics that you would need.We did have some other items which weren't as good and I think some could be taken care of by the host:1. The house really needed a good cleaning. There were spider webs on baseboards and in the corners of ceilings indicating they don't clean as thoroughly as they should.2. The stairs are not good for pets or older people. They are very steep and narrow. We carried our dogs up the stairs since the bedroom with the king size bed was upstairs, but after the second night, we just stayed in the one bedroom downstairs that was smaller and a queen. We have hardwood stairs at home that the dogs are okay with, but these were too much for them to be comfortable on especially going down.3. There is no bathroom upstairs, so the stairs are even more of an issue if you are sleeping in one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms.4. The curtains are very thin, so the streetlights shined into the bedrooms at night and the room got very bright when the sun came up.5. The house is right next to train tracks. Luckily, they didn't go by at night, but in the morning the train would shake the house.6. Not as big of a deal, but every bedroom had a TV, but there wasn't one in the living area which would have been nice.

Why they chose this property
The journey to creating this haven began with a simple idea; to provide a welcoming space for families who, like me, cherish the company of their pets. During remodeling, I faced numerous challenges, from selecting the perfect location to ensuring the design was both aesthetically pleasing and practical. However, each hurdle was met with determination and a vision of what this space would become.
What makes this property unique
The fully fenced yard is a standout feature, providing a safe and spacious area for pets to roam freely.
