Not to mention over two dozen sports courts, including tennis and pickleball, as well as a fishing lake, an outdoor amphitheater, and multiple fine-dining restaurants.

When you’re not lounging poolside or practicing your swing, pure bliss awaits in the cozy living area featuring elegant furnishings, charming decor, and plenty of natural light. The full kitchen hosts modern appliances and everything you need to whip up tasty snacks and meals. Gather at the dining table for dinner, then take a peaceful after-dinner stroll on the nearby walking path. As the evening settles, unwind on the patio with a glass of wine, observing the gentle sway of palm trees in the soothing breeze.

Please note this is an adult community aged 45 and over.
Guests can purchase an amenity pass to access pools, tennis courts, and the on-site golf course. The cost is $200 per card for a 1-3 month lease, $300 for a 4-6 month lease, and $500 for a 7-12 month lease.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
