Asked if there was a stove before was told he’s brought a 30$ ham to cook and was told after I started to cook it didn’t even work and was giving straight gas in the house no wash cloths host not accomadating at all and changed the story on the stove multiple times then check out and was called asked if I changed the locks after all the problems I had ridiculously 0/100 wouldn’t recommend even if just looking for a dingy place for a night.

Hi Alyssa, please don’t lie on the internet.. it’s very immature.
Regarding accommodation,
Did we not allow you to check in hours early because you arrived to Buffalo 4 hours earlier than check in time? Did we not respond to every request and question you asked us within an hour — two hours at the very max? As well as offer you my personal number so you have someone to reach out to should any problems arise? As well as offer you our personal driveway to park in so you don’t have to park in the available street parking, for your convenience?
Sad you forgot about all our hospitality over an oven not working, even though our second message to you states “…Right now we only have a stove in the kitchen”.
You did not ask about the oven before buying your ham. In fact you FaceTimed my number three times at 12 pm, which I so generously shared with you so can call me directly incase any problems arise, and showed me the ham already in the oven when you asked if it works. We have explained to you that we did not know the oven does not work, which by the way our cleaners went in the next morning and let us know it in fact does work.. you just failed to remove childlock. Sorry you and your mother Christine are upset you didn’t get a 100% refund of your two night stay over an oven not working (which you did not ask us about) the night before you had to check out! And sorry that Vrbo had to flag your account because of your entitlement and disrespect towards your host. Anyways enjoy your life and I hope the next time you book a property you don’t trash the house and change the lock code so the hosts can’t get back in before you leave because you’re upset you couldn’t get an oven to work lol!

Need more quality control
Unfortunately our stay was not very enjoyable.
Not clean, completely unstocked kitchen ( not even salt n pepper), we had a very unsafe electricity event, and while the owner was immediately responsive, we lost power in both living, dining and kitchen. No tv, refrigerator ( which we had stocked with groceries) for the rest of the night. Only TV was in living room. They had electrician there the rest of day working on it. We had to find somewhere else to spend the day.
I would say the kitchen was the biggest disappointment! No spices oils, nothing but air freshener, coffee pods, and a spray bottle labeled windex, but was actually fauloso, UGH. Some of the utensils were still dirty!!!
Also, because of the way the units are situated, we heard all conversations, laughter and noise from the downstairs tenants late into the night.
In addition, it snowed for two days, making driveway and walkway extremely slippery and difficult to walk on, they should have put out some salt at least in slightly elevated areas so we weren’t slipping down the driveway.
We understand there was train traffic, but this was gran central, all night long. There should be a clear warning in their listing.
I think VRBO needs better quality control of their offerings, this stay was less than, and we paid quite a bit for it. If you need pics we took some and can forward to you. I think we should at least be compensated for time out of unit and last groceries in fridge.
