Welcome to Garden Flat on 16th! This studio is an entire unit on the cellar level of a home. It comes with 1 designated parking space in the rear of the home with garage access. Fully functioning kitchen - oven/stove/refrigerator/microwave and full bathroom. This space is great for a single person or couple.

Guests have access to the entire basement without interference from others, including the host.

Hosts are just a message or phone call away. We enjoy meeting our guests, but also respect their space.

Ten Day Stay

Let me start by saying that the hosts were very professional and very responsive. They quickly addressed any of our concerns. They were not the issue. These were the issues: - The amenities were not as described. The primary reason we chose this rental was because of the advertised washer/dryer (packed lightly for a 10 day stay because of W/D) and AC/heat (the one vent they had was placed in a spot that only really blew towards a wall). We also didn't have any control over the temperature (suspect this was changed in the primary residence upstairs). - no iron/board, as described. - a small double hook was installed after we suggested towel racks in the bathroom. The hook installed barely held one towel. - out of the four dining chairs only one was stable. Chair legs were extremely loose on 3; on the fourth chair, the back of
