Myrtle Beach Resort has a Parking Pass Fee of $5.00 per vehicle per day (monthly stays $50). This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card only. Once payment is made the visitor will receive a vehicle hang tag with their Unit# and the beginning and ending dates of their stay.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

We hope you had a wonderful stay.. There's a few small things we ask prior to your departure by 10am:

1. Clean and put away all dirty dishes 2. Place all dirty towels & sheets/pillow cases on floor in hall (inside condo) 3. Throwaway Food in Refrigerator and Freezer

4. Empty all trash to cans near elevators. 5. Leave AC on 75 degrees in Summer & Heat on 60 degrees in Winter 6. TV's/Lights should be off 7. Please send a message when you depart.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated areas per the HOA.

Great spot!

Had a wonderful stay here. The property is great with multiple pools and private access to beach. About a 20 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach but also plenty of food/grocery/shops near by. Would stay again!

Great location, clean condo

Nice stay, clean cool condo close to everything. If you know someone camping at Lakewood or Ocean Lakes, it’s within walking distance. Will stay again.
