Noise neighborhood but Nice home

The home and management were very accommodating. The place was spotless and provided ample amenities for my family. The neighborhood was noisy at night, but with the security cameras and lighting, we felt safe.

Rented the house for family coming for my graduation & it was the perfect comfy home base for my dad and his siblings. We sat on the comfy couches and told old stories and had a blast! Everyone slept comfortably and the fridge was large enough to stock everyone’s favorite beverages!

Excellent for Game Weekend stay!

This house is in an excellent location for football game weekends and has walkable entertainment and food options nearby. Very clean interior, well furnished and enough rooms for a decent sized group of friends. Only minor inconveniences were the door code (keypad) didn't work as instructed, and there isn't a true dining area in the house, otherwise everything was great.

Lubbock Graduation STay

We were in Lubbock to celebrate our son's graduation from Texas Tech. This house is very conveniently located to everything. The host was easily accessible and friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as pictured. It is decorated very nicely and it was perfectly roomy for the 5 of us. We would stay here again if a stay in Lubbock became necessary!

Had an amazing experience

We needed somewhere to stay to house several family members while we were going through a horrible time. We had a family member in the hospital and we are not from the area. We had an amazing experience with this property…it was the perfect place for all of us to be together at such a crucial time. The person we were in contact with for the property was so helpful and was readily available anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place for a visit to Texas Tech

Lovely place. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Large sectional was great for movie watching in the evening. It worked well for our trip for TTU Graduation. There is not a dining area, so we brought a folding table and camping chairs and spent most of the time outside as the weather was beautiful! If you do not plan on cooking, this is a great place! Super close to campus.

We enjoyed this property very much. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the living room had plenty of sitting space, the kitchen was a little tight, but overall it had everything that we needed. The front porch is a very nice outdoor gathering space. I would recommend that you bring chairs to enjoy the space. Overall, I would recommend and would be happy to stay again. Cute house close to Jones AT&T Stadium

This is an older home that has been nicely re-done on the inside with ample parking. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are all equipped with the essentials including plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Just a note for coffee drinkers: there is a coffee pot rather than a Keurig- which is fine for us. The living room is very cozy and seats several people on the sectional and swivel chair. The washer and dryer are a nice convenience. The security system provides peace of mind. Tech’s football stadium is only a 1.2 mile walk!

Football game weekend

This is the second time that we've stayed here at this house and it won't be the last. Such a great little house with perfect location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the stadium. This house has everything that you need. The management team even made sure that the grill was clean with a full propane tank and ready to go. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We'll be back again!!
