A large 3 bedroom home perfect for up to 12 people. Walking distance from Jones AT&T stadium (2 blocks), close to many shops & restaurants, including the famous Spanky’s & Chimy’s! Only 1 mile from downtown Lubbock and 15 minutes to the airport. This home has a very spacious living room and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics you will need, plus some extras. Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, serving plates, wine glasses, & an air fryer.

The garage has been turned into a game room with ping pong, putt putt, video games and more!

The front of the house has a large sidewalk that takes you straight to campus. It is lined with mature oak trees to keep you cool on a hot summer day.

Beautiful Home

Walked in and was immediately happy with the house. Only stayed one night but the stay felt like home. Beds were very cozy and the location is perfect to get to almost any place quickly. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Lubbock

The absolute best! 5 stars all the way around. Communication was outstanding with the owners of the house and she even let us check in about 5 hrs early! If you ever need a great place to stay in Lubbock this house is it!!

Loved Our Stay!

We needed an overnight stay for our family with ranges of ages, and this house had everything we wanted and more! The game area had something for everyone, the beds and living area were comfortable and the master bath was relaxing. The owner is very communicative and helped us when we made the mistake of leaving one of our items. Would love to stay again for longer if ever in the Lubbock area!

We came in for a concert with two families, 12 people and it was VERY comfortable. All the space and more one needed. The little garage with ping pong table and golf was perfect for the kids.
