Second time we have stayed here, this time for 10 nights over Thanksgiving. Great place to stay if traveling with a dog. Very clean and comfortable. Paige is a great host!
Everything was so clean and comfortable! We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee ! In addition, Paige was very responsive to text messages.

Thank you for staying with us. I hope y’all had a wonderful time!
Our stay at The Cozy Guest House on Fitzhugh Rd was fantastic. Our host, Paige, was proactive in communication prior to check in and offered her cell number to text if we had any issues or needed anything during our stay. The Cozy Guest House was very quiet, very nicely appointed and was extremely clean. We also appreciated the fact that it is a pet friendly guest house. The location is convenient to downtown Austin and very close to 2 huge and fairly new HEB Grocery stores! (IYKYK!) Thanks, Paige for a wonderful stay, we appreciated your hospitality.
This home is lovely & quite comfortable. The owner was friendly & helpful. It was also very welcome for our 2 dogs. I highly recommend this home for your vacation stay.
The house was great. It’s in a perfect location, 10-15 minutes from multiple restaurants and shops. Has comfortable furniture and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended.
The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Paige was incredibly communicative and welcoming from start to finish. The space was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The beds were especially comfortable! This was our first trip with our dogs, and seeing how at ease they felt made the experience even more special. The home had everything we could possibly need. We’ll definitely be bookmarking this property as our first choice for future stays. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
My adult son, dog and me visited Austin for my granddaughter's first birthday. It was about a 20 minute drive to her house, which wasn't bad. The guesthouse was wonderful. Loved being in the Hill country. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you to the host. We will be back.
My husband, fur babies and I enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and everything you need is available. I was in town for work and the location was only 7 minutes from my workplace. I am very particular and usually my idea of clean is not anyone else’s but this home was super clean! I loved that I didn’t have to go in and clean right away like most of my stays, I travel in and out of areas a lot. Paige is a great host! I highly recommend and I plan to stay again very soon as I will be in town often over the next several months.
Good SW location for us off 290 near family & friends. Major construction has made 290 wonky towards Oak Hill but husband navigated it with no issues. Guest house was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with extras of things that are frequently forgotten while traveling. King bed was very comfortable and not too soft. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Will definitely consider staying here when we visit Austin again.
My wife and I booked this home based on the descriptions and pictures as well as its location. As we arrived, we were very happy to see the quiet, country-like atmosphere surrounding the house. The real treat was looking around the house once we arrived. It was spotlessly clean. The main bedroom was roomy and the bathroom was large and had every kind of amenity one could think of. The kitchen was in the same room as the breakfast/dining table with large glass windows looking out over the back property. I did see a couple of wild deer during our visit!A very living room had a large screen TV and a ping pong table, as well as numerous places to sit down and relax. A separate office type room as well as complete laundry were available as well. We traveled with our small 10 pound dog and were very happy to see the front patio area completely fenced off. This allowed us to let the dog be off leash and run around in this area. Our host was delightful, helpful, and enjoyable to visit with. She suggested restaurants and things we might want to see during our visit. We look forward to another visit to this wonderful VRBO!

It was a pleasure having y'all! Thank you so much. Come back and see us!
Beautiful scenery! It was all very organized and clean. Plenty of extra sheets and blankets. There were various games to play and spacious room for a family of 5 to sit all together. The hostess was also very sweet and recommended places nearby. Highly recommend to stay here

I grew up in south Louisiana, and although I haven't lived there in decades, it will always be home to me. I love hanging out with my girlfriends, reading, traveling, swimming, dancing, hiking, and being in nature. I also love yoga, and I absolutely adore dogs.
