We have four exceptional condos available on Siesta Key Beach, each offering unique features and breathtaking views.

Condo A: Beachside Luxury (2B/2B)
Located in Siesta Beach Club, Condo A is just steps away from the beach. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a full-size kitchen, large flat-screen TVs, modern décor, washer dryer in the unit and free wireless internet. Enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub, all within a minimal rental period of 2-3 days. Perfect for those looking for a quick getaway. Please see pictures labeled "Condo A" for more details. These units usually rented at $350-500 per night depending on the season. Discount applies as needed.

**Condo B: Located in a beautiful high rise with Beach View Retreat (1B/1B)**
About 1 mile north of Condo A, Condo B is situated on the bay side in the Harbor Tower, a luxury high-rise building. This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the sixth floor offers stunning views of Siesta Key Beach and the Gulf. Relax in the back of the building, in the shade, watching boats, manatees, and dolphins. The building's amenities include a GYM, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, grills, tennis courts, marina, waterfalls and island gazebo. A trolley bus stops right in front of the building, providing easy ride to the public beach and downtown. This condo has a minimum rental period of 2 weeks. Please see pictures labeled "Condo B" for more details. Rate is $180 to $280 per night depending on the season.

**Condo C: Retirement Paradise (2B/2B)**
Condo C is a beautiful corner unit designed for long-term rental. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo offers stunning closest views of the inland waterway from all rooms and the patio. Ideal for those looking for a retirement home, this condo is available for monthly or seasonal rental. The views alone make it worth every minute there. Please see pictures labeled "Condo C" for more details. Monthly rental $8000 to $11000 depending on the season. It requires guests above 55. .

**General Information:**
- All condos have free parking. Bus stop in front of the condo. full-size kitchen, large flat-screen TVs, modern décor, free wireless internet, heated swimming pool, and hot tub.
- No smoking
- No pets are allowed in any of the locations.
- All condos use the same calendar for bookings. Please contact me for detailed availability.

**Rates:**
- **Condo A (2B/2B)**: $350-$500 per night during low to peak seasons , with shorter minimum rental periods. Daily rentals allowed. Discounts for long term rentals.
- **Condo B (1B/1B)**: $180-$280 per night depending on the seasons .
- **Condo C (2B/2B)**: $8000-$11000 per month for long-term rental from low season to peak season. Discounts applies if we have vacancies.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The views of dolphins everyday were majestic and outstanding sunrises. Great layout for our family. The shuffleboard was fun to play and the sea kayak was awesome to take out on the sandbar to see more aquatic life. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

The house was great and had everything we needed to cook a proper Thanksgiving dinner. We saw dolphins almost everyday from the dock. We had to get our own poles and tackle but the fishing was good. Would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful home is in the PERFECT location!! My wife and I spent one week here...we wished it was longer. The view is magnificent, the home inside is roomy, the beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The property was exactly as it looked - beautiful! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pools were great and not crowded at all! We spent 2 weeks here and wish it was longer. Great fishing!! Our entertainment was watching everything in the water, there was always something new to see. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing on the very hot days. Could have done without the lovebugs but hey it's Florida what do you expect. They swarmed us for 1 day, lingered for 2 more. Overall a top notch home. Fantastic Spot

We sure enjoyed Mary's beautiful condo. Great location. We enjoyed both the Gulf and the Bay. It was fun watching the parade of boaters go by on the Bay while enjoying a beverage. And how can you beat Siesta Key Beach! Never used the pool but it's super nice. The condo is so well stocked. Everything you need for meal prep, which we did only in the morning. Lots of people used the grills...we didn't do that but wished we would have had an evening for that. The furnishings were so nice. Bed was comfy. Lots of towels for beach or shower. All you need. Thank you Mary. Loved the whole experience.

As newlyweds, the husband and I definitely hit jackpot-even felt like a wedding gift, staying here as it was walking distance to the beach and the view was amazing! It was especially perfect during July 4th as we felt like we had private fireworks show right at our balcony! Wonderful Siesta Property

This was a beautiful property in an ideal location mid-key. We really enjoyed the view from the 6th floor which looks toward the gulf. This complex has great views and relaxation area on the canal side. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Even saw dolphins and a manatee up close. Mary was a very helpful and gracious host.

Very private property located at end of cul-de-sac street. Is residential and quiet! Great Dolphin watching from the shade of a tree while relaxing in comfortable chairs. we love water front houses. bought the house in Jan 2020 in expectation of my retirement. I love the community and friendly neighbors and the beach and all activities. But due to the COVID situation, I will push out my retirement plan by 3 to 4 years. Will rent it out for the same time period. We love entertain and enjoy having friends from all over the country.

Why they chose this property

You can take a run on the most famous siesta key beach every morning or rest at home for some quiet time. This the the top tourist location and always so beautiful all year round. We take care of you as our guest.

What makes this property unique

If you are a fisherman or you want a rental boat to entertain, you can get a boat and park right under the condo in siesta harbor or harbor tower. You can go fishing on the dock on siesta harbor and in harbor tower. Only a few locations in the key can have that privilege. That is my favorite thing to do. I am sure you will enjoy no matter you are a beach goer or a fisherman, you will have the best of both world.
