Excellent!

If you're looking for a traditional Cape Cod house, this is it. The house is comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. This is the second time staying at this property. The selling point for me is the dog friendly policy. We are familiar with the neighborhood, with family living in the neighborhood for decades. Town Neck Beach had a spectacular makeover, and our walk there is minutes away. This was a fantastic vacation and I hope to stay here again next year. Thank you.

I love this house! This was the third time we've stayed here. The location couldn't be better. Town Neck beach is an easy walk. The grocery stores, Dunkin's, Shipwreck for ice cream, and Subs at The Deli, are all a short drive away. My favorite part of the day was walking our dog around the neighborhood, to the dog beach in the morning. The gardens are beautiful and our dog loved romping around in the ocean. We had six people but the house could easily have fit more people. It is a very comfortable stay.Not in my control but if I could change anything, trash day and departure day would align better. When we got there, the barrels were half full, and when we left, the barrels were half full. Also, the staff at the Sand Dollar could be a little kinder. When we got to the house, the T.V. control was missing. After looking everywhere, we ended up calling the office. The manager made us feel like it was our fault. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying at 58 Carman Ave. in Sandwich!
