Host was outstanding. Appliances were better than I expected (cool filtered water pitcher built into the fridge, coffee/espresso maker with built in frother and nice electric range. Great location. Stayed for 18 nights.... no issues. A small ask would be to improve the water pressure on the shower.
I stayed here for roughly 10 days while on a business trip and it met all my needs. The place was as advertised with no surprises. The host was always quick to respond to communications. It was a very smooth trip with no issues.
Easy area to stay for traveling all over Denver. You are in the lower levels so some noise is heard from above unit but very cozy and clean space. Would stay here again
Thank you for your kind words and 5-star review! I'm glad to hear that you found the location convenient and the unit nicely equipped.t was a pleasure hosting you, and I look forward to welcoming you back next time you're in the area!
This was a great place to stay! The house was so clean and they really thought about detail. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals, the shower was nice and hot, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your fantastic review and 5-star rating! I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. It's great to know you found the kitchen well-stocked, the shower hot, and the beds comfortable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I look forward to welcoming you back next time!
Stay was fantastic. Host was responsive when needed, and offered great local recommendations. House was clean and cozy. Worked great for us with our littles. Bonus points from my wife due to the fridge providing two kinds of ice && the neighbors having a cute cat.
I was VERY upset with my stay at this VRBO. I was in the basement unit of a home, it was clean, and it had a complete kitchen was great. I have no complaints on that end. On the second night that I was there I was awoken around 11:30pm by a LOT of noise from the upstairs that concerned me. I assumed that it was a noisy upstairs neighbor but I later found out it was the assistant of the host. This lasted to about 12:30am almost 1am so I had very limited sleep before I had to go to a full day of class the next day. I received a message from the host at 12:10am saying that they changed the door lock codes. In my opinion this was strange, suspicious, and unsettling. I no longer felt safe staying there because why on earth was the host assistant making that much noise and change the lock codes in the middle of the night while they still had a guest there? I told the host that I was very upset by this and told them I would not be staying there the remainder of my stay because I felt unsafe as I was staying there alone. Because I did not record what happened the host refused to refund me for the remaining nights, and VRBO was no help issue. So advice to anyone else staying there going forward if you think something is suspicious going on make sure you record otherwise no one will believe you or care and you will have to pay for a second hotel anyway.

Why they chose this property
This part of northwest Denver sits around the Chaffee Park and Regis area, with a primarily residential, working-class feel and a mix of longtime residents and newer development. Zuni Park is a nearby green space, while Federal Boulevard is where you'll find more everyday conveniences, restaurants, and businesses. The neighborhood itself is less of a walkable entertainment district than LoHi or RiNo, so expect a quieter residential setting with more activity along the main commercial corridors. You'll likely notice a mix of older homes, apartments, and multi-unit properties, plus easy access to nearby areas like Regis, Berkeley, Sunnyside, and Olde Town Arvada.
