Soaring ceiling in living room with beautiful hearth fireplace, open floor plan with dining room for 10 and additional seating for 6 more on sun porch and kitchen. Large family room in lower level with ping pong table. Beautiful lake views from every room in the house. Private lake front area with Firepit. Adjacent to Sandy beach with swim platform. Minutes from Downtown Wilmington.

* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $1,000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Summer Rentals :
Linens and towels will be provided and folded on each bed for same day turnovers.
