The insecticide smell downstairs is not any kind of spray for pest control, it is the treated support beam inside the house on the downstairs that supports the house. We do regular pest control service on all properties. With all the variables in Port Mansfield like being close to the water, all the palm trees, extreme heat and dryness are beyond our control. We strive for cleanliness and continue to use pest control services that use a no smell pesticide.

Washing machine does not drain. Pump is probably out. Refrigerator drawers broken and inside door shelf plastic all broken and falling apart. Really inconvenient because anything placed in the refrigerator door will fall out when opened. Big frying pan is warped. Needs to be replaced. Need a set of smaller mixing bowls. There are just two big ones. Wish I would have known to bring my own Roku. Dock light on the far end cleaning table is out. I’ve stayed at this house before. Like the property, it just needs a little love.

Thank you for your review. The washing machine has been replaced. The fish clean table bulb has been replaced. The damaged shelf inside the refrigerator is backordered and will arrive soon. Pans have been replaced in the unit and we have added smaller mixing bowls.
