Ski In/Out 1 BR w/AC-Park City Mountain Resort
Top floor/end unit 1 BR in Mountain Village at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort boasts one of the best locations in Park City for skiing & many summer activities.
Free shuttle downstairs or walk to historic Main Street for fine/casual dining, nightlife & shopping.
Home of Olympic Park & Sundance, this is the ultimate year-round place for all. Summer offers adventure courses, Comet Bobsled, alpine slide, zip line, biking, hiking, fly fishing, etc. See Guidebook under Info for Guests.
The space
Enjoy a glass of wine or warm drink on the balcony that overlooks the ice rink or head over to Park City Mountain's ski school just steps away from the condo. Spend time relaxing inside with AC/heat in the unit or out at the newly remodeled indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, or workout facilities. There is a washer/dryer located in the building.
Other things to note
LONG-TERM STAYS ARE WELCOME IN THE OFFSEASON MONTHS OF APRIL-DEC 15. LONG TERM MONTHLY RATE IS $2250/MONTH PLUS SERVICE AND CLEANING FEES. STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR LONGER DO NOT PAY TAXES.
And, for those who want to come to Park City to work from home, there is a dedicated fiber line running into our building that gets up to 1 gig in the offseason. You will have your own SSID and password, and I have provided a wireless ethernet port for those who need to use an ethernet cable for their connection.
