Large rear deck with gas grill and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Located 2.5 blocks from the ocean, a block from the bay, and within walking distance of everything in Dewey (and a short bike ride or Jolley Trolley ride to Rehoboth Beach). Read your book under the shade of an umbrella, then check out Gordons Pond State Park Area and hike the multiple breathtaking trails that await you and your friends. Tree Tops community is a great location to enjoy the beach!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.

THINGS TO KNOW: The third-level bedroom is a loft with a ladder to enter. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package. This townhouse rents from Saturday to Saturday and has a 4 p.m. check-in. Two dogs under 30 lbs and no aggressive breeds are permitted. . Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
