Loved The Game Room!!

We had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wedding to attend in Wynnewood, MS which was about a 40 minute drive. My sons (25 and 9) had a blast playing pool and throwing darts. The king sized bed was super comfy. We brought groceries before realizing there wasn’t an oven so had to leave those behind before heading back to the airport. So maybe consider adding a countertop toaster or convection oven. There is lots of space and it is reasonably priced.

Needs improvement

The house itself wasn’t that bad , I believe they must be doing some remodeling ? There was boxes everywhere and a trailer outside. I had to ask for check in instructions which is abnormal never got check out instructions so I just left everything, kitchen listing was not as described no oven , no utensils I had to go purchase things just to cook even though it said it was fully stocked. Kitchen was very nasty greesy on the stuff that was there , microwave nasty cabinets nasty. Also noticed roaches as we were leaving, neighbors were loud but nothing unexpected considering it’s Memphis that didn’t bother us however if I had my newborn or something I might have been mad.
