Our apartment offers the comfort of home without the interruptions of daily housekeeping. The cleaning fee ensures your space is pristine upon arrival.
- Only registered guests are allowed.
- Pets and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours: Sun-Thurs 10pm-7am, Fri-Sat midnight-8am. This includes stairwells and the rooftop—fines apply for non-compliance.
- No smoking
- Check-in: 4 pm onwards. Check-out: by 11 am. Early/late adjustments may incur fees.
- Amenities provided at check-in are not replenished.
SECURITY & MAINTENANCE
Please help keep our building secure by doing the following.
Do not allow others (including delivery people) to follow you into the building. Everyone is to enter the building using their own access methods.
Do not allow cars (or people) to follow you into the garage. When you enter/exit, pause to watch the door go down completely.
Do not prop any door open without constant attendance. Fines will occur.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Garbage: Bag and dispose of small ordinary household garbage in the chute on each floor, behind the elevator.
Recycle and Compost bins are in a secured cage in the alley.
No dumping of large items (e.g. furniture) is allowed. Fines will occur.
PARKING
Parking garage only fits vehicles 6'6" or below.
Guests are allowed to park only in non-reserved parking spots. i.e. do not park in any spot marked with RESERVED. The parking tag must be clearly displayed on the car dashboard at all times when parked in the Garage.
Remember to return the parking tag to its place under the sink if you utilized the garage parking. Failure to return the tag will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Excellent price for the location. We had a great time. Only complaint was the slow malfunctioning elevator, though there was a sign stating it was being worked on.

It was a little cramped but clean. Area had plenty of dining options. A little bit of a walk to train
I loved the location, it was nearby many of the places we wanted to see. The amenities were very good. The kitchen was well outfitted and had all the necessary appliances. Believe them when thy tell you that the unit is only 337 sqft. That was a bit small for us as it turns out. The only internal door was to the bathroom. The studio’s only TV was hung on a wall around a corner and could be viewed while lounging on the day bed in the unit. We never used it although we would have like to.

Traveled with a friend for a long weekend. Loved the location. Safe building. The place was little, but we made due and joked that we felt like we were back in college in a dorm. It was cute. Kitchen and bathroom were more than sufficient. It smelled like someone had cooked fish though so we had to get some yummy smelling things from the market to mask the stink. The host was not an individual person, it was a company so it's really hard to get a hold of them. Upon check-in, they were very strict about us using a parking pass and if the parking pass was lost, we'd be fine. There was no parking pass so we ended up having to write a note and leave it on our dashboard to use the parking garage. It all ended up being fine, but Just thought it was interesting to be so strict about something and not even provide it. And we weren't able to get a hold of anybody until two days after we checked in. I also bought a tiny silver cross for my son and left it there. The cleaner said they didn't find it. I know for sure I left it on the high counter in the kitchen. I specifically placed it there so it wouldn't get lost in the packing. Disappointed about that.
