Great house to decompress with family!

We had a wonderful time, the only complaint was the mosquitoes which we were grateful the host was very up front about the need for mosquito spray!

Beautiful home, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, plenty of space, lots of bedrooms and comfortable beds. Pool was great, nice cooking setup outside and the view from the backyard of the sunset every evening was amazing. We saw dolphins swimming everyday and caught a ton of fish. Looking forward to staying here again!

Pros: rooms, beds, spaciousness, washer/drier, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, pool, and bay front fishing were definitely outstanding.Cons: poor cleaning and maintenance of outdoor with trash, candy wrappers and other trash as well as dirty grill, grass over knee-high and unkempt, food and other things under and between couch cushions in home and floors dirty, internet connection failed two nights

Wonderful

Sone things do need to be addressed. The alarm was disstressing and kept going off, no water pressure in the kitchen and the outside lights need to be turned off at night, too bright in bedrooms.

Summer Family Fishing Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house last minute because it had a pool that opened to the bay and was pet friendly—and it turned out to be the perfect choice! We were a family of eight, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was absolutely amazing, and the fishing right off the dock was a big hit.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, which made things easy. When we had a small issue with the fridge, Nina was quick to respond via text and very helpful.Overall, this house was incredible. Everyone had a fantastic time—including our dogs—and we’re already looking forward to renting it again!

What a great stay! We gathered everyone together for Labor Day weekend and to watch the last Hooks game of the season. The house is perfect for a large group. Clean and comfortable. Very well laid out. The grandkids lived in the pool…morning,noon and night! We enjoyed the outdoor seating area … awesome views. My brother in law (our resident chef ) made full use of both the indoor and outdoor kitchens. We will definitely stay here again.

Mary, a Labor Day weekend with grandkids cycling through the pool morning to night and a resident chef putting both kitchens to work sounds like exactly what a large-group gathering should look like. Those outdoor views make every meal and every evening better. End-of-summer weekends book fast, so claim your dates early next time around.
