About this property

Enjoy our newly constructed cottage and patio that faces beautiful Redfish Bay and South Bay.
The cottage has a patio deck, a boat dock, a 100’ fishing pier with lights, a patio and lots of parking. Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath house sits next to the 14’ deep Aransas Channel. Shrimp boats and fishing boats use this waterway to navigate local bays as they make their way to and from the Gulf of Mexico and through the jetties. This is a family friendly property. We are located 3 miles east of Conn-Brown Harbor and 3 miles west of the Port A Ferry.

This cottage was fantastic! quite, private, very clean, everything you need is in the kitchen, grocery store close by. Less than 5 mi to the ferry to Port Aransas. Pier is well equipped and is next to the channel with lots of dolphins swimming by. We were able to catch our bait. Definitely going back.

Amazing Beach House

Kids & us had so much fun during our stay. The dock is beautifully built to fish and dolphin-watching. Everything is so well-thought-out in the cabin. Our vacation couldn’t have been more perfect w/ the exquisite setting. Thx so much Sunny!

We have stayed at this beautiful home twice now and each time have loved our stay. The location is perfect if you are looking to fish and be close to the ferry for dinner or beach time in Port A. The home is very clean and well stocked and the dock is nonstop viewing of dolphins and fish.

Outstanding property!

The house is attractive, spotless and perfectly located on Redfish Bay. The property owners were friendly and helpful. The fishing was great. We can’t wait to go back!
