Nice, clean place in a central spot to sights and town. Some nice touches added like an ice maker. Some things could use attention like the dishwasher panel. Overall, happy with our stay and the cleanliness.
Relatively good condition, very good locationHowever, the internet and sat TV services were discontinued weeks before we got thereOtherwise amenities were adequate and nrigjborhood was goodl. New chain needed on the flush of the hall toilet. It kept sticking and running
We enjoyed our stay while visiting Page. The home was clean and comfortable. A few nuisances, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our time spent there. It's not fancy, but it has what you need and is very comfortable to stay in. Even has games and books for you to read if that's how you want to unwind and relax. I would recommend this place for your visit to Page.

Rented this house for the number of individual beds available, which worked out well. The one room listed with a full and twin is two twin beds, was fine for us. When we first arrived the property looked almost abandoned from the outside as there has been limited if any landscaping upkeep. However, there were no problems with the door so that’s a plus. When we entered there was a very strong smell of deodorizer spray. We realized the next day when the deodorant dissipated that it was probably to try and mask what seemed like the smell of smoking. The smell was not noticeable in the bedrooms and we didn’t spend much time at the house so it was tolerable. The house was clearly cared for by the former owners as evidenced by the decorative features and former landscaping but it hasn’t been maintained. For purposes of having a place where 5 people could all have their own beds it sufficed. The master bedroom had a number of defects that we notified the hosts of (bed has a broken frame, toilet is loose on its base, the toilet tank has a leak so it constantly refills, and the tv didn’t have a promised Fire tv stick, probably bc of he plug for it is on the back of the tv and the tv is mounted flat on the wall).Hosts were responsive to our above notices but we preferred to not have to wait for a person to repair while we were there. Take note, the hall bathtub is super slippery.Overall it was a fine place to stay for a short period of time where everyone got their own bed.
Well equipped kitchen. Ice machine fantastic! Quiet neighborhood. Parking for boat. Would stay again.

Clean property, good location (close to Page city center) with lots of parking space. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house, bathrooms, the furniture and the equipment are outdated but functional.
The owner responds well to any questions during your stay.
This was a great house. I was worried based on other reviews, but we had no issues. It was clean, had comfortable furniture, beds, and pillows, and lots of fluffy towels. You can tell it’s an older home, but it is taken care of. Also available for guests - a cooler, laundry detergent, coffee grounds, powder creamer, and tea bags, which was really appreciated since we only were staying one night and this meant we didn’t have to buy those things. Large back yard for the kids to run around and stretch their legs after a few hotel nights. The house is in a great location- right in the middle of horseshoe bend and the company we booked with for antelope canyon tour. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Page in the future.

Dirty property
Have stayed at this property multiple times over the last 4 years. This stay was absolutely disgusting at how horribly dirty the property has become!
The property has been totally neglected.
Didn’t have internet during our stay.
Would not recommend or stay here again.

Page
Page is beautiful, house was not clean. The floors were dirty and had spills. The walls had dirt on them, the bed linens were dirty and there were bugs.

Mediocre place
I try to be as objective as possible in my reviews. The PROS are: The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were soft, the AC worked well and the neighborhood was pleasant. The CONS: The listing said it has four bedrooms and it does however, the fourth bedroom is a closed in patio with NO AC, the owner does provide two box fans for you. The listing said one of the rooms had a queen and a twin in the room, it did not. There is off street boat parking however, between the roof overhang and the fence, it is super tight. I understand the homeowner can't change that. The RV parking was sand and gravel for the first half, then soft red sand the last half where your boat would be. I just parked mine on the street. My pillow, sheets and nightstand had one inch long hairs all over them. A member in our party said they pulled a massive hair ball out of the shower drain. There is little water pressure in the showers. The backyard looked run down and not inviting to use along with the patio cushions were all torn. Hope this helps you.
