With three bedrooms and several options for additional sleeping, you'll find plenty of space for everyone! May accommodate up to 8 adults. We have a spacious backyard with outdoor seating area, BBQ grill, an outdoor fire pit, and covered off-street parking. Our backyard is surrounded by a private fence.

The home has its own private entrance from the front door or through the garage. Guest access includes covered parking, the entire 3 bed / 2BR home, a shared laundry room, and a private outdoor patio as well as access to the large back yard. The property includes a mother-in-law suite (rented separately). Access between the two spaces is not permitted, and interaction between parties is minimized to possible brief outdoor passing only.

Centrally located in Summerville, Augusta. Less than 2 miles (5-7 min) from Augusta National Golf Club. A short stroll down the block to Summerville Ace to stock up on beverages. Across the main street from The Partridge Inn with a rooftop bar. Near several restaurants. 5 minutes from the closest grocery.
