Explore nearby hiking trails, or snowmobile directly from the house in winter. Bretton Woods Resort beckons just minutes away for skiing and snowboarding, while Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain are also within easy reach.

Spread out across three levels, our home provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main level features a full bath, kitchen, and cozy living-dining area, alongside two bedrooms. Upstairs, a loft offers additional living space with a pull-out couch. The lower level extends comfort with another living area, full bath with laundry, and a second pull-out couch – perfect for creating separate adult and kid zones.

Step onto the expansive deck via sliding doors, where mountain vistas await. Please note, the home is situated at the end of an incline, accessible via a well-maintained road. Winter tires may be necessary during colder months.
