Wonderful house. Front and back door could stand to be cleaned. The window on the right top floor bedroom would not close all the way. Besides these issues we had a great time.

Thanks for taking the time to review our property. We will talk to our cleaners and take a look at the window.
Overall we had a wonderful stay. Just the right size for our 10 family members. Some of us had trouble with the stairs but we managed. The grill worked great but the outdoor furniture is lacking. The Wi-Fi worked but could be spotty and inconsistent at times. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful. As were the TVs.Enjoyed our 5 night stay very much.
Very nice house and property. Plenty of room and space. Kitchens well stocked, comfortable sofa, and we loved the gazebo. plenty of room for everyone and would be great for large gatherings. Thank you so much.

Thanks for the review. I hope you will come back to Dahlonega sometime!
Super spacious house with plenty of room to spread out for a large group. The view from the back of the house is lovely. Lots of places to sit out to enjoy coffee, wine, etc. The creek behind the house is a hike to get to ( with rope railings to help) but well worth it. We brought tubes and hung out and floated there for hours. The house is not far from several vineyards and beautiful hikes.

Hi Mike, thanks for taking the time to review our property. I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay!
The place is spectacular but the bedding is cheap looking which is disappointing for a home so beautiful. The furniture is mismatched so again does not match the chandeliers and other upgraded finishes. And it sleeps 14 but only 12 chairs at the firepit and NO WOOD. One kitchen towel and no dish cloths. Simple things but when they’re not there at over 1,000 a day to reserve it’s a bit unexpected. Bring your own.

Reviewer Comments:
This was a very nice home. Six bedrooms with baths that are very private. Enough space for a large family with enough room for generations to be separate when they want. The kitchen was fully equipped. I could see a family never leaving the house. Wonderful porches to enjoy the view and sounds of the river.
We were very impressed with how much room everyone had to stretch out in. The bedroom en suites, the extra living rooms, the second kitchen, the game room all worked to give grown adults the together time as well as the need-space time we all wanted. The kitchen was very well supplied with dishes and pots and pans, but do bring your basic cooking kit (salt, pepper, oils, etc) as there are none of those. Wi-Fi was exceptional: gaming, streaming, and work flows were smooth and seamless. Great location, fantastic view of the creek (turned raging river after the storm, which was very cool), and fun (yes, also very steep, thank you for the walking sticks!) path to the Little House down the hill. Our only real issues with the place were the uneven floors, the very low water pressure in the bathrooms, and the sometimes off odor coming from the bathroom taps (and the occasional loud bangs coming from we know not where that reverberate through the house - is there a ghost there?). Recommend you bring or purchase drinking water. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:
Maison Paradis is a great place to spend time with family. There is space for everyone to have their own space but a place for gathering to enjoy one another. The oldest in our family was 89 and the youngest was 4 months old. The well stocked kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and the dining room table was awesome, large enough for our family of 14. Other smaller tables were used to hold those good desserts and served as game tables. Although the weather was cold, a walk to the river was enjoyed by the younger ones while the others warmed by the fire pit. The smart tv's gave us an opportunity to see those college football games and the Wi-Fi was wonderful! The N. Ga Vacation Rentals was a delight to work with. They allowed us to tour the house before we rented and helped us to solve a problem of a blown fuse. Their customer service rating is definitely a 10. A perfect place to spend Thanksgiving weekend with family.
