Welcome to Rocky Top Retreat, a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Tracy City, TN. The property is located within the tiny home community at The Retreat at Waters Edge. The tiny-home is perfect for adventurers seeking a serene getaway amongst the woods and water. The community is built around a 95 acre lake, perfect for fishing, paddling and enjoying the water! Explore nearby attractions such as The Caverns, scenic trails and waterfalls . Book now for a memorable Tennessee experience!
Sleeps 6 people with 2 queen beds in separate bedrooms and 1 pull out sofa located in the loft. We also have a Pack n’ Play for infants!
Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed with dresser, closet and a private full bathroom.
Second Bedroom: 1 queen bed with dresser and closet. Right across the hallway is the 2nd full bath.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with a coffee maker with complimentary coffee.
Living room: Sofa with sitting chair, electric fireplace and 43 inch TV
Loft: Queen sized sleeping sofa, kids toys and games and a 50-inch TV.
Screen in Porch: Couch with 50-inch TV

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash including kitchen and bathroom trash in the 2 outdoor trash bins behind/below the screened in porch.
Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
Please start a load of used bed sheets in the washer. Detergent is provided.
During Winter, when heat is on please set the thermostat to 65 degrees
During cooler months, when A/C is on set to 72 degrees.
If you used the gas grill, make sure the gas is off.
