Beautiful, modern, serene desert inspired home in the heart of Chandler. Our home has vaulted ceilings & an open concept living, kitchen & dining area. There is a gorgeous, relaxing, fenced backyard with seating & dining.

It is close to family friendly, vibrant downtown Chandler & downtown Gilbert, near plenty of acclaimed family fun: the best parks, hiking trails, golf courses, spas, dining, shopping, & more. Our home is beautiful, & we want to ensure a comfortable stay for you & yours.

THE SPACE:

Come enjoy our newly renovated home in an amazing and very safe location.

Our home has a smart TV in the living room, fast wifi and ethernet connection, and games and books for plenty of laughter.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to cook and host.

Sleeping arrangements are a breeze. There are 3 bedrooms featuring 1 queen and 2 full beds with access to a queen size air mattress which would allow up to 8 guests sleeping comfortably and blackout curtains in all bedrooms for restful nights. The primary bath has a large bathtub perfect for relaxation or to bathe the little one(s).

There are extra towels, linens, and blankets in the hallway closet and a full size washer and dryer.

For your work-life balance, the private office/workspace has 2 adjustable standing desks and an ethernet cable for the fastest internet connection.

GUEST ACCESS:

The entire brand new home is yours including the spacious and newly landscaped backyard.

There is no key needed to come and go as you please, instead a code for the smart lock or garage door remote for the 2 car garage. Please kindly remember to lock the doors before leaving and return the garage door remote into the kitchen pull out drawer closest to the front door.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

>>Check-in time is 4 pm or later
>>Check-out is 11 am
>>No smoking of any kind

For the security of our guests, there is a flood light and camera on top of the garage facing the driveway and sidewalk, a ring camera doorbell on the front door, and a camera facing the backyard.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please return the garage door remote & dog park key card to the kitchen pull-out drawer that is closest to the front door. -Please return items, furniture, etc. to its original place at check-in.
-Please turn off the mini-split AC/Heater in the office.
-Please ensure all windows, sliding door, and the front door are locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Street parking including overnight street parking is not allowed. Please park in the 2 car garage or on the 2 car driveway.
Trash pick-up (black bin) is every Tuesday morning starting at 6 am until mid-day.
Recycle pick-up (blue bin) is every Thursday starting at 6 am until mid-day.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well-stocked—from the kitchen essentials to the linens—and it made the entire trip feel effortless. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and all of the little touches throughout the house showed how much the owners care about their guests’ experience.

I spent two months at Jenny & Johnny's place and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, had everything I needed and the AC was cold (important for AZ). I really loved the dedicated workspace. Jenny and Johnny provided all the details I needed prior to checking in and were quick to respond when I had a question. I highly recommend their house.
