About this property

Large house very well located, about 700 meters from the historic center. with large rooms and well distributed, comprising 6 people (ideal) and 8 (large sofa bed máximo-)
It has a suite, a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and service area. The outdoor area has a comfortable balcony, shower and parking for one vehicle.(We have more places included in the property next door) The barbecue will be ready by end of Dec / 2014
The kitchen has all the utensils and all the necessary appliances. In the room we have a large, comfortable sofa bed, sideboard with LCD TV 40 (HI TV via satellite) and WIFI (kitchen and living room). In the room we have a double bed mattress box, two-bed, dresser with crab and macaw. En suite have double bed mattress box, dresser with crab and macaw. The suite and bathroom have large luxury shower.

Agradeço pela recepção, a casa estava limpa e bem equipada para nos receber. A comunicação com o Arnoni anterior à nossa chegada também foi muito eficiente.

Estadia maravilhosa

Estivemos na casa do Arnoni para passar o Ano Novo com nossos filhos e adoramos a estadia! A casa é perfeita, idêntica a da foto. Tudo perfeito e arrumado com muito capricho, tapetes novos nos banheiros, panos para limpeza, lençóis cheirosos, muitos utensílios na cozinha ou melhor dizendo, cozinha completa, panos de pratos, toahas de mesa, fogao e geladeira perfeitos, casa extremamente limpa e cheirosa. Muito segura e pertinho do centro histórico. O Arnoni e a esposa nos receberam e nos atenderam muito bem em tudo o que precisamos e muito mais!A única coisa que não funcionou muito bem , foi a tv. Talvez pq não soubemos usar direito, e tb como estava muita chuva a operadora não estava boa, porém isso não foi um problema para nós, pq nossa proposta não é essa , e sim passear! Fiquei realmente encantada com o capricho em cada detalhe da casa , tanto na decoração, como na limpeza e organização! Voltarei outras vezes com certeza! Minha gratidão ao Arnoni e sua esposa por receber minha família tão bem! Vcs estão de parabéns pelo cuidado e capricho com a casa!
